For a more sustainable future! We are a community with shared values that cherishes high quality fashion, luxury, designer, vintage, and artisanal pieces that we’ve collected over time. This means you will find unique items for occasions ranging from formal workwear to festive outfits.
Renting on Cercle is simple. Select your pieces, choose your start date, rental period, and proceed to check out. The item(s) will be delivered within 1-2 business days. The rental price includes cleaning, insurance, and delivery fees. Once you’ve enjoyed your rented piece, use the prepaid shipping label to return your item.
We deliver within 1-2 business days throughout the UK. Make sure to leave yourself enough time before your event!
Cercle Fit Guarantee allows borrowers a period of 24 hours from delivery to return the item, unworn, for a full refund minus any shipping and cleaning fees. Please contact hello@cercle.uk to assist you with the Fit Guarantee.
No, Cercle takes care of the end-to-end logistics which includes all cleaning. As the borrower, simply enjoy your rented item, and return it to us.
No, to protect both the borrower and lender, only the individual who rents an item may use it. The contractual borrower is the only person insured to use the item so any damage caused by anyone else would incur the full value of the item.

You can rest assured that your pieces will be treasured and treated with love and care.

We are here to pave the way towards a smarter and more sustainable way of consuming fashion. Therefore, we only accept high-quality fashion (luxury, designer, vintage, and artisanal). We do not accept garments and accessories made from real fur and/or exotic skins. All items must be in very good condition. Slight noticeable wear is acceptable, but must be highlighted in the item’s description. If you have a piece that needs repairing in order to be listed, reach out to hello@cercle.uk, and we can help you arrange it.
When listing any item on Cercle, you automatically open a Cercle Closet. Listing is simple – you create it yourself using our listing form, or use our concierge service where a member of the team creates the listing for you. Once the listing is approved, we collect your pieces and manage all the logistics including deliveries, storage, and cleaning.
We have recommended rental price brackets to guide you in your pricing strategy. We base these prices on what similar items have achieved historically and market value.

While there is no magic formula, you can increase the visibility of your items by following a few simple steps:

Keep your closet updated by listing new items frequently

Clothes are a great way to share stories and meaningful connections, so feel free to share personal thoughts in your items’ descriptions.

Also, make sure to tag @cercle.uk on social media, and link back to your closet, making it easy for your followers to rent your pieces!

Payment

Cercle charges a 25% service fee when your item is rented out. This covers, amongst other things, all maintenance, cleaning, and insurance costs. For those who choose to use our concierge service, the service fee is 40%, and this includes the listing of the item as well as photography.
Your rental earnings (less the Cercle service fee) are visible in your account 48 hours following the end of a rental period. The funds are then automatically transferred to the bank account you have provided us with. Don’t forget – you can elect to automatically donate a portion of your earnings to one of our charity partners.
